Why bilingual safety
training matters
When safety rules and dispatch instructions only come in English, drivers skim, guess or stay silent. A misunderstood clearance, a missed damage note or a risky judgment call made alone costs carriers far more than training does. Monoka closes that gap.

Yes. Drivers who complete a module and pass its knowledge check receive a Monoka certificate of completion that carriers can keep in the driver file. It documents training completed with Monoka and does not replace a CDL or any legally required license or certification.
Your driver calls our line and gets help in Mongolian or English with dispatch instructions, paperwork and general workplace communication. Plans include 4, 8 or 15 calls per month, with fast response during business hours.
